The site provides information about our stores, hours, products and fireworks guidance. Hours, pricing and availability change by season and store; what is listed here is our best information, and the store is the final word.
All sales take place in our stores. We do not sell online. You must be 16 or older to buy fireworks in Texas and we check ID. All fireworks sales are final; defective items are replaced.
The 10% veteran and first responder discount requires valid ID at checkout. Coupons sent by text are one per customer, one per visit, and not redeemable for cash. The Godfather Giveaway rules are posted in store.
Our guides are general information, not legal advice. You are responsible for following state law and the local ordinances where you light fireworks, including burn bans. Read and follow every product label.
Text, photos and the NyTex name and logo are ours. You may link to any page. Please do not copy or reuse content without asking.
